Peyton, Peyton, Peyton.
This is Peyton as a pup, playing in the leaves. We got him sometime in September of 1997. He is a Bagel. Half Basset Hound, half Beagle. He is such a good boy, and has always adored Chandler and Morgan. When I had the daycare, he would let the kids do anything they wanted to him. I told him if he was too dumb to whine or run away I couldn't help him :)

He has the biggest heart and is the favorite of anyone that visits. As a matter of fact he wears his heart on his side as you can see in this picture. He's just the coolest dog and loves the bunnies so very much. He dotes on them constantly and they love him back. We call him "Nana" sometimes because he worries about everyone and everybun.

Awwww, poor Peyton needing to refer to his notes to remember to breathe. He is a cutie and I love that heart on his side!
Is the octopus the only toy he goes to for comfort? Buddy has to pick up one of his toys whenever we come home - it's part of his happy dance. He has so many toys, but no particular favorite or the favorite seems to change over time.
Yep - his octopus is the only toy he wants.
When I had to replace the first one, he followed me to the trash and pulled the old one back out. We had to keep both around for a while until he got used to the new one.
